Corporate Governance

The Corporate Governance Principles address the role, requirements and responsibilities of the Board of Directors in its oversight of the company. The Committee charters speak to the purpose, duties and responsibilities of each of the committees. The MWV Code of Conduct, which applies to all directors and employees worldwide, builds upon past policies and practices and serves as the cornerstone of the company's commitment to the highest ethical business standards. Annually, MWV distributes and provides training on the Code of Conduct as part of the company's commitment to ethical conduct.
