Evolution™ Boxes

Our hybrid packaging products provide the prestige look and feel of rigid set boxes at a much lower cost. Patent-pending Evolution and Evolution2™ Boxes are produced using specially developed, proprietary equipment that combines decorated carton grade SBS tray blanks with chipboard stiffeners.

Evolution Boxes are glued on all four sides and shipped fully erected, ready for filling. The Evolution2 is shipped flat to be manually or automatically assembled at the filling site for significant supply chain efficiencies. Both options produce strong, square cartons with clean straight lines. We offer custom sizes and all the printing and decorating options as with our premium-quality folding.

Product Options

Style
Evolution™ boxes come pre-assembled. Evolution2™ boxes are the same but can be shipped flat, and either be manually assembled at a customer's facility or automatically assembled using proprietary equipment or a re-jiggered version of existing automated assembly systems.

Substrates and Materials
We offer Evolution boxes in specialty paperboard and/or with metallized film laminated substrates.

Size, Shape and Type
Evolution boxes are available in a variety of sizes and in square or rectangular formats. It is available in a two-piece tray-and-lid format with or without a window, or one-piece trays with printed plastic sleeves to showcase the product. We can source and insert customized vac trays, and, if preferred, fill them.

Finishing Techniques
We offer the following finishing techniques:

• Cosmetic-quality UV offset printing
• Gloss, semi-gloss, matte and UV specialty finishes
• Hot stamping
• Embossing (solid bleached sulfate or SBS board accepts deep embossing as compared to paper wraps on typical set-up boxes)
