flexiTECH™ Pack for Beverage Pouches
Rugged, easy to carry and easy to open, the strong flexiTECH™ paperboard package encloses beverage pouches in our patent-pending I-Beam™ design and eliminates the need for tertiary corrugated packaging. Its high-quality printing surface allows for impressive graphics, and consumers appreciate the sturdy handle and child-friendly opening feature.
Carefully Chosen Materials
Our flexiTECH™ packaging is made from 27 pt. Coated Natural Kraft® and
Carrier Kote®, and offers excellent wet tear strength to ensure package integrity across the entire distribution process. Board strength supports larger multiples.
Exceptional Printing and Design Options
The flexiTECH pack offers more billboard space for product promotion, and is excellent for die-cutting, folding and gluing.
Graphic design is available through the customer or outside vendor, MWV can print on flexiTECH packaging on offset equipment. Low cost printing plates are available to satisfy multiple copy needs.
Converting
flexiTECH packaging is shipped flat and unglued to the customer. It is a low cost, high speed option. Relatively high printing speeds and relatively low cost combined with excellent quality make flexiTECH packaging an excellent choice.
Filling
Our flexiTECH pack uses our servo-driven flexiTECH™ machine – designed and built by MWV. We lease the machine, install it and train our customers how to operate and maintain it. Its speed is 600 ppm nominal, and it is available with two-lane, left- or right-hand in-feed conveyors.
