Vacation
In addition to initial vacation time and paid holidays, employees gain additional time for each year of employment with MWV. Employees may be eligible to buy/sell vacation time.

401(k)
MWV matches contributions $1 for $1 on the first 3 percent of eligible pay and $.50 for every dollar on the next 2 percent.

Retirement Pension
Employees are automatically enrolled in the MWV pension benefit.
