Career History

Dr. Goldfrank, 64, is president of the Center for Packaging Innovation of MeadWestvaco Corporation.

Dr. Goldfrank joined Mead in 1990 as president of Mead Imaging, which was subsequently sold. In 1991, he became corporate vice president of Mead Central Research and, in 1994, he became president of MWV Coated Board.

Dr. Goldfrank began his career in 1968 with Xerox Corporation where he held a variety of technical and management positions. In 1980, he joined Mead's Digital Systems Division in Dayton as vice president of operations. From 1983 to 1988, he was senior vice president of operations for Diconix, Inc. (formerly Mead Digital Systems and a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak since 1983). In 1988, he accepted the position of director, OEM sales and strategic relationships, for the Copier Products Division of Eastman Kodak. He became director, strategic planning of the Printer Products Division in 1989.
