Repair or Replacement Cost Coverage provided for all Real and Personal Property owned by MeadWestvaco or for which MeadWestvaco has care, custody and/or control.

 Coverage

All Risks of Physical Loss or Damage including flood and earthquake for real and personal property, business interruption, extra expense, contingent time element, rental income, leasehold interest, accounts receivable, valuable papers and records, expediting expense, service interruption, errors and omissions, transit, fine arts, mobile equipment, gap coverage, demolition and increased cost of construction, increased tax liability and property of others in our care, custody and/or control.
