Leadership Development Program

To express your interest in MWV's Leadership Development Program, please apply through your campus career services department.

We are looking for talented and ambitious MBA or advanced degree graduates to enter MWV's Leadership Development Program. Over the course of two years, program participants are challenged with a variety of assignments across different areas of our business.

Ideal candidates are:

  • High achievers with integrity and committed to the highest ethical standards
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to learn and take on assignments in new industries and new countries
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in order to gain valuable real world experience
  • Motivated by the prospect of working varied assignments with changing and challenging responsibilities
  • Interested in working outside of their home country, using or learning second and third languages and developing cross-cultural skills
  • Hungry for mentoring and learning opportunities
  • Passionate about becoming a well rounded leader
  

Program requirements:

  • Strong academic background
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Fluency in English plus the willingness to learn, or fluency in, a second language
  • Internationally mobile
  • Cross culturally aware and adaptable, ideally with previous experience of living or working outside their "home" country
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to use initiative
  • Proven financial acumen combined with practical business experience
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
